This building is fully fire sprinklered and contains a smoke evacuation system, any alterations or modifications to the sprinkler system shall be per NFPA #13. the only items that were ready to look at were the emergency lights, exit signs and the smoke evac system which all passed. The fire extinguisher was not hung or tagged and the door hardware was not installed. Ceiling tile was missing from the back room.
