This lot is within the hillside area and is subject to the hillside ordinances. A class "A" roof system and defensible area will be maintained. This house requires a modified NFPA 13D fire sprinkler system; modified by a single row of dry sidewall sprinklers installed in the garages along the walls which are common to the garages and heated living spaces; heads shall be spaced sideway according to their listing requirements. Any and all NFPA 13D systems shall be equipped with an alarm initiating device commonly referred to as a flow switch, and an outside alarm indicating device.
