Meeting with Dave Hanneman, Mark Senteno, Treasure Valley Fire Protection, Bryan Johnson and Sam Rogers regarding FDC and standpipe issues.
The Fire Marshal, Dave Hanneman, has agreed to allow the dry standpipe throughout the parking garage and respective stairwells within buildings #2 & #3. The location of the FDC for the fire sprinkler system serving building 2 & 3 will be located at the southeast portion of building #3 at grade level, within 100 feet of the approved fire department vehicle access roadway, accessed from the northeast property entrance, along Crescent Rim Drive. Approved signage shall be installed along Crescent Rim Drive at this northeast driveway entrance directing FD personnel to the FDC location to the South of building #3. An additional FD approved sign shall be located at the southeast corner of building #3, directing FD personnel to the FDC location south of building #3.
