The second floor is 31,689 sq.ft.and is divided between 14 dwelling units. The third floor is 26,233 sq.ft. and is divided between 10 dwelling units. The fourth floor is 25,288 sq.ft. and is divided between 9 dwelling units. The 2 guest suites are less than 800 sq.ft., the remaining units in Bldg 2 & 3, each of which exceed 800 sq.ft. of floor area. Note: The installation of a NFPA 13 fire sprinkler system is required throughout this building and is used for area increase.
