(SOLEMATES COMFORT FOOTWEAR - CAPITAL TERRACE - 1ST STORY) This building is fire sprinklered because it is a high-rise. To create a 1,274 square foot retail sales tenant space (1,143 square foot 1st story and 131 square foot mezzanine) from an existing larger space located on the 1st story of Capitol Terrace. Except for new demising walls, this permit does not authorize any work within adjacent tenant spaces. Work is to include interior nonbearing walls, interior bearing walls, a restroom accessible to the disabled, a 131 square foot mezzanine, a 250 square foot 'attic' NOT approved for occupancy, an interior stairway, interior doors, interior windows, and interior finishes. The work is required to comply with the approved drawings, with the plan review report, and with all applicable codes.
