Work to include upgrading existing walls and floor/ceilings to meet one-hour dwelling unit separation requirements. Remodel of the existing stairs to meet exit enclosure requirements. The following items will be replaced and up dated: electrical, plumbing, mechanical, insulation, and drywall. Remodeling the following areas of the basement: 56 square feet of this area will be used for bicycle storage, 335 square feet of the basement floor area will be added to unit 202, this area will be used for the stairs and laundry room, 335 square feet of the basement floor area will be added to unit 206, this area will be used for the stair and laundry room.
