Structural work includes concrete footings, steel columns, steel beams, epoxy anchors, and knee braces. Other work includes interior nonbearing walls, 2 restrooms accessible to the disabled, storefront doors and windows, concrete slab on grade, new cornices, new coping caps, stucco, and soffits. This is a shell permit only. This permit does not establish a Certificate of Occupancy for any tenant. The work is required to comply with the approved drawings, with the plan review report, and with all applicable codes. Spoke with Drew from Petra, he told me no mech work here so why on sign off sheet. I spoke with Carl W. and he has restrooms on this scope with exhaust fans and gave initial mech value of $2,200. Drew said this work was picked up by the TI Bld06-02704. Told him he needs to talk to inspector to verify which contractor actually performed the work in the field.
