As part of the Shell permit (BLD03-02192) plans indicate a 1-hour fire resistive floor assembly (U.L. D919) was constructed between the first floor and future residential units above; supporting columns were to be 1-hour construction (U.L. X528) and exterior walls; and a 1-hour shaft enclosure was / is constructed for mechanical and stair enclosures. These elements shall be maintained during the construction addresssed under this permit. To install non-rated suspended ceiling grid system and add to electrical, mechanical, plumbing, sprinkler and alarms systems to meet tenant needs and comply with current adopted codes and ordinances of Boise City. This building is fully sprinklered. Separate applications, plans, approvals and permits are required for sprinkler and alarm work as required and regulated by the Fire Department. drs
