The front entry excavation has exposed native undisturbed sediments and construction can proceed in this area.
The three isolated column footing excavations at the rear of the home and a continuous footing at athe southeast corner of the structure have also exposed firm native sediments. However, loose excavation spoils have sloughed into these excavations following recent rains. After these loose materials have been removed, reexposing the firm native sediments, construction can proceed in these areas.
