An accessible route to the raised area is not part of this permit due to structural conditions but may be a part of future remodels within this portion of the hospital. To install new suspended ceiling grid system and tile; new stair system over existing, W/ handrails, to serve this area; upgrade electrical, mechanical, plumbing, sprinkler & alarm systems with all changes being in compliance with per current adopted codes and ordinances. drs

On site confrence to discuss demo schedule for the remodel area as it affects the existing fire sprinkler system. Contractor agreed to leave the CPVC system in service until such time as the combustible loading and debris within the space are removed, after which time the CPVC system may be isolated to the remodel area only and a fire watch by hospital security is to be implemented until such time as the new sprinkler system piping is installed per permit scope.
