met on site ,, old house that has been gutted, and added a foundation for addition,, house was abandoned and left open on rear side,, down to bare studs,, foundation on existing is rocks, blocks, bricks ,etc.,, under floor clearance is less than 18", most studs are rotted of on east side where flooring has been removed and is visible,, not sure of other areas on existing structure. some of foundation on east has been attemted to have been redone w/ treated lumber for support of wall,, headers will need to be installed throughout home if owner is salvaging structure on various other frame issues need looked at by structural engineer.
