DWELLING UNIT 401 WILL BE THE ONE "TYPE A" ACCESSIBLE DWELLING UNIT REQUIRED IN THIS BUILDING.) This building is fire sprinklered for high-rise. To create a 1,405 square foot residential condominium unit on the 3rd story of a high-rise building. This tenant space is required to be accessible to the disabled as a Type B dwelling unit. Work is to include 1-hr fire-resistance-rated dwelling unit separation walls, interior nonbearing walls, suspended gypsum board ceilings, millwork, and finishes. The 1-hr fire-resistance-rated corridor was constructed under permit BLD06-03304. Work is required to comply with the approved drawings, with the plan review report, and with all applicable codes.
