Plan Reviewer's activity  11/30/2006 DONE
Created a separate permit for the newly created vacant space and work to be done to separate all utilities from Blockbuster video space for our records. A new address was assigned to this space through discission with Chris Pichardoin addressing. I called Mark Rossiter, CSHQA and left message that separate application & C.V. is required for each tenant space.
Telephone call  11/30/2006 DONE
Called and left message for Mark Rossiter, CSHQA, that a separate application and certificate of value is need for the new tenant space and that a new certificate of value for Blockbuster Video would probably be needed as there costs are less.
