All four units exit into a 1-hour vertical exit enclosure with 60 minute fire-resistive, listed, labeled, self-closing, temperature rated door assemblies, serving as the required single exit from each unit. One-hour fire-resistive construction is required between dwelling units, vertically and horizontally.
