This project is for the remodel of the family room walls in an existing single family dwelling. The project will include the re framing of the existing front wall removing a larg sliding glass door and 2-windows. there can be be as much as 77s.f. of glazing placed back into this area as it will be equal to or less than existing. Max U-VALUE for this glazing is (.40). There will also be a new 3'-0" 6'-8" man door that will open to the existing carport. Smoke alarms were updated under BLD05-03279. R-1C ok per David Moser.
