The rough grading and drainage has been completed at the above mentioned address. However, fine grading, revegetation, completion of the roof drain system, paving of the driveway, and reconstruction of an erosion gully on the north side of the lot have not been completed. For this the engineer has recommended a bond of $38,000.00. Upon receipt of this bond the grading and drainage is conditionally approved.
