**(CTA Architects)** To remodel the 3,884 sq. ft. second floor office space by expanding into the adjacent 3,067 sq ft vacant space to bring the total 2nd floor office space to 6951 sq. ft. per approved plans. Work to include, removal of portions ot nonbearing partitions, remove and relocate existing door, repair wall, construction of new partition to create file storage room, installation of new HVAC systemm, installation of new lighting. This building is fully fire sprinkled and contains an alarm system. ANY ALTERATIONS TO THE FIRE SPRINKLER SYSTEM AND OR ALARM SYSTEM WILL REQUIRE SEPARATE APPLICATIONS PLAN SUBMITTALS AND PERMITS. Sprinkler modifications shall be installed per NFPA #13 as regulated by the fire department. RMH
