Call from Brad Marczuk, architect. They are hiring Pinnacle Engineering to provide structural analysis for building. The balcony is being removed from project and door at the accessible landing will reversed to swing in and the radiator relocated to provide latch side clearance at door. Door to basement stairs to be modified such that hallway is not reduced to less than 18" when door open to 90 degrees. Said it would probably be 2 weeks before resubmittals are turned in.
