I spoke with Tammy Jonson with McCarter Moorhouse regarding the occupancy inspection that was conducted on 8-8-08. DR staff is unabel to sign off on the occupancy permit due to the fact that a number of windoes have been eliminated from the south, east and west elevations, the mechanical units have been relocated, the ash tree on the east elevation is too close to the building and the light fixtures and their locations are different than the approved locations. In order to receive permanent occupancy, the applicant wil be required to remedy these items or obtain DR approval to modify the plans to allow these chnages. To obtain temporary occupancy, the applicant will be required to submit two complete bids that will modify the site and building to reflect the approved plans. Staff will take the highest bid and add 10 percent. This amount will be considered the bond for temporary occupancy. ANT 8-8-08
