No exterior changes. Note: Interior nonstructural demo work performed under BLD07-00676. To infill wall openings created by demolition to form interior accessible egress path for the first floor, with doors, hardware and one unisex restroom upgraded for accessibility compliance per Ch. 11 IBC; to upgrade electrical system & lighting fixture's and install dual level switches for energy code compliance; change out old boiler unit for new more efficient unit in compliance with 2003 IMC, IFGC & 2003 UPC, verified in field by inspectors, and continue to use existing piping and radiator system for heating ; change out cabinetry & sinks in break and restroom and install accessible compliant units; install handrails where not existing for all existing stairs; upgrade plumbing and interior finishes. drs
