To construct a two story single family dwelling having 5161 sq.ft. (3912 sq.ft. first floor, and a 1249 sq.ft. second floor) w/ a 988 sq.ft. garage, 190 sq.ft. covered front porch, 670 sq.ft. covered rear patio, and 269 sq.ft. of raised balconies. This lot is within the hillside area and is subject to the hillside ordinances. A class "A" roof system and defensible area will be maintained.HILLSIDE FOUNDATION DESIGNS. Dwellings; townhouse units; additions to same and detached structures constructed in areas falling under the purview of the "Boise City Hillside Ordinance", shall have foundation designs signed and sealed by a professional engineer licensed by the State of Idaho, and qualified in the engineering specialty involved. (Boise City Code 4-02-44) Approval is based on approved plans, engineering, soils report, redlinning, rescheck, and plan review report. This house shall be fitted with an NFPA 13D system, modified to include a single row of dry sidewall sprinklers along all walls common to attached garage and the living space. The system shall also be equipped with an alarm initiating device commonly referred to as a flow switch, and an outside alarm indicating device. A Fire Sprinkler Permit is required prior to beginning any fire sprinkler work. Zoning approval by Josh Johnson R-1A / DA. Sprinklers required per. Fire review.

I informed him I have not and he seems to be getting very frustrated. I have made curtousy calls to Dale Behrman to inform him of my conversations with Mike Carey and have not got an answer in my 3 attempts to call. TLW
