I have left a voice message and email with Megan to confirm the details as to what exactly was agreed upon. Mr. Goul was advised NOT to do anything construction wise until he hears back from me today.

Sent an email to planner Schafer regarding the dumpster enclosure and planter issues. Her response today was that she met with Mr. Goul and informed him that (a) he must use the existing dumpster enclosure by widening it and reducing the slope of the pavement into it; and (b) he must move the planters which are taking up two parking spaces. I am scheduling a new inspection for next month, as it is going to take him quite a while to make the necessary revisions.
