This remodel project is to include the removal of the west wall of an existing garage and the overhead garage door to meet the carport requirements due to the placement of an egress window to an interior bedroom. This room "Bedroom #3" is to also have a code complying egress window. The project is to also include select interior partition and slab ground work to relocate the laundry room and create a new bathroom adjacent to the living room and the family / dining room.
