Letter of compliance issued. Reinspected ceiling grid ok. Also reviewed final letter from special insp. agency. One item noted, no welder certs. Contractor did have a copy of welder certs, all were up to date. Noted that roll up door was deleted, no door was placed at pass thru room. After meeting with Jim Story on job site, it was decided that this one hr. wall could be moved back to east side of kitchen and make that the rated corridor wall. Also recieved revised drawing from architect noted the changes.

The contractor wanted a partial fire life safety for the remodeled area of the main lobby. I found emergency lights not operating, sprinkler heads with plastic shipping clips still installed and one sprinkler head deflector bent.
