Micron Building #26 - (C10464) - Remove Plating Line #2 and Expand Cleanroom - To sawcut existing concrete slab floor and excavate to approximately four feet and install 8" reinforced concrete retaining walls and slab floor in an approximate 2,110 square foot area. To construct approximately 118 lineal feet of interior east/west partition to divide Lead Finish Room #105J. To demo and remove an interior partition separating Lead Finish Room #105J and Clean Room #105L to enlarge Assembly Clean Room #105L to approximately 5,570 square feet. To install approximately 64 lineal feet of clean room wall and three doors at the ease end of Assembly Clean Room #105L to create a new approximate 455 square foot Smock/Bootie Room #105U. To install approximately 140 lineal feet of clean room wall at the south and west perimeter wall of Assembly Clean Room #105L to create a one foot wide return air chase. This permit also includes related raised floor, suspended ceilings, electrical and mechanical work. This work is being done on the first floor of Building #26 between grid lines 11&15 and D&F. This permit was modified to reduce the scope of work from approximately 4,480 square feet of cleanroom to approximately 2,110 square feet of clean room.
