**(Emser Tile)** To remodel an existing 9,600 sq ft retail warehouse tenant by expanding into adjacent 6,400 sq ft tenant spaces to create a 16000 sq ft tenant space per approved plans. Work to include, removal of interior nonbearing partitions, construction of new noncombustible partitions to expand existing show room and warehouse space, construct office space, small meeting room and new break room, installation of new suspended ceiling, installation of new ducting to existing HVAC units, both warehouse and showroom will be conditioned space, installation of new lighting, NO RACKING TO BE INSTALLED UNDER THIS PERMIT. A separate permit will be required for installation of any racking system over eight feet high. This building is fully fire sprinkled any alterations or modifications to the srpinkler system WILL REQUIRE SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed and maintained per NFPA #13 as regulated by the fire department.
