(TONE ATHLETIC CLUB - FIDELITY BLDG - STE 200) This building is fire sprinklered to substitute for 1-hr fire-resistance-rated construction of the building. To create a 2,620 square foot exercise facility on the 2nd story of the Fidelity Building by combining 2 existing tenant spaces. A doorway will be created through an existing masonry wall. Steel headers and jambs will be provided at the new doorway. Additional work includes interior nonbearing walls, a unisex restroom/shower room accessible to the disabled, suspended ceilings, millwork, and finishes. The work is required to comply with the approved drawings, with the plan review report, and with all applicable codes. The fire sprinkler system is required to comply with NFPA 13 as regulated by the Fire Department. **CJW**
