The work will include addressing existing exposed noncompliant foil and paper backing on roof insulation in certain tenant spaces throughout the shopping center by perforating existing and installing a new scrim (FSK-25) with a flame spread index of not more than 25 and a smoke developed index of not more than 450 and to install additional support wires under insulation in some tenant spaces throughout the shopping center to eliminate sagging and obstruction of some fire sprinkler heads.
