Spoke with Dennis about what is still needed to be completed prior to Townhouse conversion permit issuance. The remaining items are: Correct the Survey to show all utilities are within the required easments. Plumbing and Electrical inspectors will verify utilities are within the platted easements as sson as corrected survey is recorded and the city engineer has signed off.
As soon as these two items are completed Plan review will issue conversion permits. SRZ

Reviewed Preliminary Plat to identify if all utility lines are within easements. After reviewing I determined there is still an issue with the utility lines not within the easements. I shared this information with the Planning/Subdivisions department and they were going to call the Surveyor and have him correct. SRZ

Attended meeting with Dave Abo, Apllicant, and their designer about what needs to happen in order to convert Duplex's to Townhomes. Informed them the 1st step would be to call for an evaluation inspection to see what would need to be corrected for building code compliance. The Second step would be to bring approved plans and new plans showing compliance for townhome construction. The Third step would be to get with the subdivisions department for the record of survey. I also let them know a conversion permit would be required before they would be able to sell them as individual units. SRZ
