To construct a whole floor (16,114 square feet) office tenant space on the 11th story of a high-rise building. Work is to include interior Nordwall demountable nonbearing partitions, an enlarged 2-hr stairway enclosure, 90 minute fire doors in stairway enclosure walls, interior doors, sidelights, millwork, and finishes. The access floor system and the suspended ceilings were installed under permit BLD05-02939. The shell and core, including the core restrooms, were constructed under permit BLD04-02348. The work is required to comply with the approved drawings, with the plan review report, and with all applicable codes.
