1) Minimum interior dimensions for trash enclosure must be 11' wide x 8' deep with a full 11' gate opening and gates that open 180 degrees. 2) There must be a curb cut or ramp from trash enclosure to street. 3) The canopy of the proposed sweet gum tree adjacent to the enclosure will be damaged as the container is emptied. It should be replaced with a tree or shrubbery that will not overhang the enclosure.
