Work includes non-combustible, fire-resistive construction to create private patient rooms at the perimeter walls and centrally located nursing and support areas; two suite areas are being created; a smoke partition corridor is being extended to connect the east tower high rise exit / stair enclosure system to the existing two stair enclosures serving this new medical floor of the east tower annex. Work includes, electrical, mechanical, plumbing, sprinkler alarm and medical gas system additions. A minimum of two fully accessible patient rooms are required and provided. A Certificate of Occupancy is required for the third floor build-out before occupying. drs
