Received engineering analysis and fix for floor load concern for COMPUTER EQUIPEMNT ROOM 212, with 4 UPS units, 3 RELAY RACKS and 4 SERVER RACKS . Keith Jones, AHJ, provided analysis and remedy requirements for loads and placement of equipment to architect Robert Bowen, HDR who copied PDS Plan Check with data and floor plan layout. COMPUTER WORK ROOM 211 CAN ONLY BE USED FOR WORK STATIONS, NO STORAGE, TO COMPLY WITH THE PROVIDED ENGINEERS ANALYSIS. ANY OTHER USE OF ROOM 211 WILL REQUIRED ADDITIONAL ENGINEERING AND STRUCTURAL UPGRADES / MODIFICATIONS TO SUPPORT SUCH PROPOSED WORK. Copy of engineers analysis report, design data and e-mail paper work correspondence between architect and engineer with copies to Marv Meyers, contractor, Russel Corp, given to structural inspector, David Hannah, for delivery to the field as part of the reviewed plans at job site.Second copy was taken to Boise City Records to become part of the reviewed plans for this project. Dave Hannah was sent an e-mail notifying him of the plans & data in his out box for delivery to job.

Building are classified as Type IIIB - non rated so dry wall is not a requirment. if left in place, it will need to be opened up to allow the installation of drywall for the draft stopping - 1000 sq. ft. areas in floor system and 3000 sq. ft. max in attic.
