(WHEAT MONTANA FARMS BAKERY & DELI - FAIRVIEW & MILWAUKEE PLAZA) This building is fire sprinklered for area increase. To create a bakery and deli restaurant within an existing 2,692 square foot tenant space. Work is to include 2 restrooms accessible to the disabled, interior nonbearing walls, suspended gypsum board ceiling, suspended acoustical ceiling, 3 Type II hoods, and finishes. The roof structure will be strengthened to support new mechanical equipment. Work is to include concrete footings and tube steel columns. A new door opening will be created in an existing exterior tilt-up concrete wall. Work is to include a steel frame and expansion bolts. A 2-hr fire-resistance-rated fire barrier wall will be created to completely separate this tenant space from the rest of the building. Work will include a 2-hr fire-resistance-rated gypsum board wall and a 1-1/2 hour roll down fire door. This space was created from a larger space under permit BLD07-01608. Interior nonstructural demolition was done under permit BLD07-02125. The work is required to comply with the approved drawings, with the plan review report, and with all applicable codes. The fire sprinkler system is required to comply with NFPA 13 as regulated by the Fire Department. CZC07-00163 **CJW**

Per phone call from Jerry Hine w/Sletten Construction they are not the GC on this project. I called Jason Rummer (owner rep) and he said HCD is the GC. I called Dennis Harmon w/HCD Const. and he said he is the GC and HCD company did pick up and pay the permit fees when issued, I verified this is correct through cashiering receipt. Changed name to HCD Const.
