Campbell and Company Fabrication - (Shell Only) - To construct a new 11,730 square foot, two story, pre-engineered metal fabrication and office shell building and related site improvements. This building shell is proposed for two tenants spaces. Campbell and Company Fabrication will be the tenant on the east and will occupy 5,925 square of the first floor and the entire 1,950 square feet of the second floor (BLD07-02706). There is a 3,855 square foot future tenant space shell area on the west end of the first floor. This is a shell permit only and no occupancy is allowed under this permit. Separate tenant improvement permits will be required to finish this building for occupancy. All construction per the approved plans and attached comment list. JCM
