(THE FIXX) This building is NOT fire sprinklered. To construct interior improvements for a new restaurant and retail sales tenant within an existing 1,547 square foot two level tenant space (918 square foot 1st story and 629 square foot mezzanine). The 1st story will be used for dining and a kitchen. The mezzanine will be used for storage and retail sales. Work is to include 2 restrooms accessible to the disabled, interior nonbearing walls, new interior steps, a revised entrance, kitchen equipment, and finishes. The work is required to comply with the approved drawings, with the plan review report, and with all applicable codes. Before occupancy, a copy of the valid license agreement with ACHD to allow the door to swing over the public way and to allow planters located on each side of the door to be placed in the public way shall be submitted to the Building Department. **CJW**
