The work is required to comply with the approved drawings, with the structural calculations, with the plan review report, and with all applicable codes. I just began routing your building plans and application for the theater and noticed you did not have a site plan included with your construction documents. As you are adding exterior openings and the new enclosed exterior stair to the mezzanine we will need you to submit a site plan showing the location of this space in relationship to surrounding property lines, also the footprint of this tenant in relationship to the surrounding complex, and denote the type of construction. If you need to do research we do have the original plans on file which should assist you. Contact our records section on the 2nd floor here in City Hall and ask for Pam. The microfiche number is 940765 and the original project date was 12/88.
