(GRIZZLY ROSE) To remodel an existing 6,100 sq.ft. nightclub per approved plans and attached engineering. Work to include, addition of approximately 75 sq ft to the existing second floor area, remodel two restrooms located on the second floor to create accessible mens and womens restrooms, installation of new roof top HVAC units and related ducting, to construct new ramp and landing at front street exit, miscellaneous related interior finishes. This building is fully fire sprinkled any alterations to the sprinkler system shall be per NFPA #13 as regulated by the fire department. RmH (PLAN MODIFICATION) 1-02-08 / To replace and relocate accessible entrance by not constructing the interior ramp as shown on original drawings and relocating and constructing new accessible entrance at the main entrance door. Work will include, construction of new landing with new steps and handrails, sloping the sidewalk to landing . All work to take place in Highway district right of way with there apporval.
