See the correction notice left at the job site for items needing addressed.. Per a conversation with Scott the remote FDC and PIV arer not required. I measured the distance from the existing fire hydrant to the now wall mounted PIV and FDC and the distance is roughly 250'-0" which is ok with Scott.

Roadway needs to be maintained to provide a driveable surface that will support vehicle weight up to 75,000 pounds. He is to submit letter to me for signature to document this commitment prior to Fire approval for TOC.
2/17/2009 - Received letter dated 2/12/2009 from Steve Christensen, owner of building, committing to provide and maintain a non-paved fire department roadway surface capable of supporting the required 75,000 lb load and to have the roadway paved and ready for "final" inspection by 3/15/2009. Acceptable to allow this condition for a TOC. Letter attached under Doc's. M. Senteno.
