Columbia Trust Retail Shell - To construct a new 7,450 square foot, one story, wood framed retail shell building and related site improvements. This is a shell permit only and no occupancy is allowed under this permit. Separate tenant improvement permits will be required to finish this building for occupancy. This building is over area for any A-2 Occupancy restaurants. This building must be fire sprinkled or the A-2 Occupancy must be separated from the remainder of the building by minimum two-hour fire barrier walls. All construction per the approved plans and attached comment list. JCM
