Scope of work includes removal of existing accelerator and installing a new linear accelerator within the boundaries of the existing room. To modify the slab on grade concrete floor per new equipment specifications; upgrade suspended ceiling gird, relocate existing light fixtures & diffusers, add new light fixtures; add new chiller unit in basement and condensing unit at exterior grade; change out existing folding doors with new accordion folding doors with existing support system to remain; upgrade interior finishes and cabinetry work stations all per reviewed plans and attached plan review comments. Refrigeration shall comply in accordance with Ch. 11, 2003 IMC; Sprinkler system modifications require separate application, plan, approval, and permit as regulated by the fire department. drs
