Started write up for fire restoration permit for 12' x 12' area. Tenant also wants to add new exterior door and had said the process for CZC was underway with planning. Could not find CZC in computer tied to this property. Check with planning to see if they had received CZC app but not entered yet. David Moser thinks he had talked with someone concerning need for CZC because of the M-1D zone but nothing was submitted. I called Erich Kirshner, contractor, to see if he had turned in required application and paperwork for the CZC. He had not. Plans on hold until planning requirements completed.
