All construction per the approved plans and attached comment list. This permit is to include the fencing around the pool, including panic hardware on the gates. Several items on the correction notice, but not all, have been addressed. The remaining items are, repair the exit sign/emergency, exit discharge light at the east exit of the club house, provide the panic hardware at both of the pool area exits, provide verification of the non compliant fire lane width with mark senteno, provide the missing exit discharge light at the main exit and provide the single action hardware on the office door as discussed.

Provide fire dept access roads with the required 20' min width as per the review comments. See IFC 503.2.1. Provide fire extinguishers as per review comment #5. Provide exit signs and emergency lighting per review notes 13, 14 and drawing sheets E1.0 and E2.0L. Provide panic hardware at gates as per drawing sheet A1.1. The maglock at door 100 must meet the requirements of IFC 1008.1.3.4 and be tested. Repair the already installed exit signs and emergency lights. Provide single action hardware, (remove keyed lock) on door 102. Remove locking hardware at door 110A. Provide occupant load signs as per the review comments and drawings. Provide a building address.

The site failed inspection for 2 reasons.
1. The shutters were not installed on the structure as they were proposed and apporved wtih DRH07-00440 and DRH07-00579.
2. The applicant pulled their buildign permit but did not update their buildign plans to reflect the modifications (DRH08-00223) that they proposed after the building permit had been issued. To keep an accurate public record, the applicant will be required to update the site and landscape plans to reflect what was approved wtih DRH08-00223 and what has been built on the site.
