Plans have been revised to indicate the building type of construction from V-B to III-B. This reduces the minimum required fire flow to 2500 gpm. A 3 hour fire wall installed in this building thereby eliminating the IBC requirement for fire sprinkler protection. IFC comments have been updated to reflect these changes.

Telcon from Will Winslow. He has been contacted to do the HMI; has a list of over 100 products. Mostly small quantities, most volume will be class IIIB's; some Class A brake cleaner, parts solvents, fuel stabilizers, carb clearners, etc. Agreed he will obtain MSDS Sheets from owner since these are required to be on site but will not need to list/classify all items on the list. He will focus on the Class I and aerosols; probably will be few II and IIIA liquids, okay to group all Class IIIB's in one total quantity; will also evaluate use and handling of solvents in maintenance and storage of aerosols.
