This project is for the repair of fire damage that will include the relaccement of the roof structure including trusses, sheathing and ceiling coverings and R-38 insulation for the attic. R-2 ok per Colleen Carroll. The project will also include the upgrade of the electrical panel and other select wiring. The exterior walls opened up will require inspection to confirm the installation of R-13 insulation and fireblocking as needed. Any replaced glazing is to have a maximum U-Value of (.40).
