To construct improvements within an existing 1,572 square foot tenant space located on the 1st story of a 2 story building. Work is to include a restroom accessible to the disabled, interior nonbearing walls, millwork, suspended ceilings, and finishes. The work is required to comply with the approved drawings, with the plan review report, and with all applicable codes.
