This project is for the razing of the roof structure of an existing single family dwelling and replacing same with a roof structure with more pitch and insulation space. Separate electrical, plumbing and mechanical permits are required. The project is to include the extension of the master bath area over the existing upper level balcony and extending the master area into the existing front bedroom.
