A modified 13D sprinkler system is required (Boulder Heights Estates sub). This house requires a modified NFPA 13D automatic fire sprinkler system. In addition to the requirements of 13D, the system shall be modified to provide sprinklers in all closets, bathrooms and foyers, and all attached garages shall be protected with a single row of "dry sidewall sprinklers" along the wall between the house and the garages(s).
