Per the contractor he will install lever hardware on the south tenant exit door. Lever hardware will be installed on each of the main tenant doors. Keyed hardware with the indicator and sticker is to be installed at the lobby double doors. Life safety is passed.

The remote annunciator for the duct smoke detector was not functioning. The plastic sample tube needs to be removed from the duct smoke detector and then the detector needs tested. Provide the fire extinguisher as discussed. Provide approved hardware, single action on the south exterior exit door. Approved hardware needs to e provided on the main exit doors. Keyed hardware is ok on the main door if single action is provided on the tenant doors or the other way around.
