To remodel the storefront and the canopy of Building #100 (North multiple tenant building). The parking lot will also be remodeled in conjunction with this permit. Work is to include new storefront glazing, new storefront glass doors, steel headers and jambs at new masonry wall openings, new parapets on existing exterior walls, new braces to the roof deck for new parapets, new exterior wall infills, new beams and columns, new steel roof decking, new concrete ramps, new concrete steps, and new exterior stucco. A trellis (covering 720 square feet) having steel columns, steel beams, steel channel purlins, and 2x2 wood members on top at 8 inches on center will also be constructed. The work is required to comply with the approved drawings, with the structural design, with the plan review report, and with all applicable codes. A portion of this building is fire sprinklered. The fire sprinkler system is required to be maintained in compliance with NFPA 13 as regulated by the Fire Department. This is a shell only permit.
